Faster, easier navigation with a redesigned menu – inspired by your feedback

 We know you rely on FactFinder to power your site, but with so many features, the old menu could sometimes slow you down. That’s why we’ve restructured the menu to help you find what you need faster, without the hassle. 

The tools you use most often are now easier to reach, cutting down the time spent searching through menus. Less-used features are still easily accessible in a new “More settings” section, so nothing is buried, and everything is where it should be.  

This means less time clicking around and more time using the powerful tools you know and rely on. 

Smarter decision-making with the new dashboard 

Imagine having the key performance metrics you need to improve product discovery all in one place — no need to dig through reports or data. Our new dashboard brings actionable insights front and center, so you can spot opportunities faster and make informed decisions with confidence. 

Some of the metrics you’ll find include:

  • Total searches: See search activity both for individual channels and all channels combined — no more wondering how high your aggregated searches are going. 
  • Revenue and conversion rate: Track how effectively your searches lead to sales. 
  • Most searched terms: Understand what your customers want, so you can adjust your strategy.  
  • Trending searches: Jump on emerging trends to optimize campaigns or inventory. 
  • 0-hit searches: Identify missed opportunities so you can quickly fill gaps and reduce customer frustration. 

Each metric tells a story about your business, and we’re here to help you turn that story into action. From identifying quick wins to uncovering new opportunities, our updated dashboard puts the insights you need right at your fingertips.
